For an audit of an organisation, we have developed the JourneyMaximizer. The Journey Maximizer is a scan of the guest journey, viewed from the perspective of both the guests and the company. From the analysis come recommendations to improve the entire customer journey as well as to increase revenues within the entire journey. A series of improvements come out that pay off in the short term, as well as things that have a longer-term effect.
